You will receive a personal phone call from Tom’s Touring Service to confirm your registration(s) and take your credit card number over the telephone.
A $750.00 credit card deposit (non-refundable) is required to confirm each registration. No cancellations or refunds after registration. We strongly suggest you consider travel insurance. The balance of the weekend fee will be processed on your credit card two weeks prior to your weekend. MasterCard & Visa are accepted.
Tom’s Touring Service reserves the right to cancel the weekend on three weeks’ notice if fewer than six participants register. Such a cancellation would be be accompanied by a full refund and our sincere apologies.
The deadline for booking is one month prior to the weekend – March 15 & March 22, 2011.
